The Infracom Italia’s Charter of Services (written in compliance with the principles expressed by the Prime Minister’s Directive 27 January 1994, and subsequently adopted by the Italian Autority for Communications (AgCom)– Resolution n. 179/03/CSP and 131/06/CSP) is the reference point for the relationship with every customers and it specifies our commitments with regards to the provisioning of our services.

The Charter of Services states our constant commitment to pursue a continuous improvement of our quality standards in order to fully meet the needs and the expectations of our customers and to simplify, empower and make even more transparent our relationship with them.

The Charter of Services sets the standards of our services such as professionalism, accuracy and promptness and it highlights that Infracom Italia provides its services in full compliance with the principles of equality and neutrality, while pursuing overall goals of efficiency and effectiveness.

In our Charter of Services you can furthermore find clear indication on how to submit to Infracom Italia warnings, suggestions, requests for clarification and compliants.
